We are a part of the business group TechMagic which employs over 300 professionals, and our Salesforce unit (currently developing as a separate brand - Magicfuse) includes 45 people.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Sales Experience : Demonstrated track record of sales success, with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Salesforce Technical Expertise : Deep understanding of Salesforce, including its various clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.), custom development, integrations, and overall platform capabilities. The ability to articulate and leverage these technical aspects in crafting solutions for clients is crucial.
- Own industry network : A strong network within the Salesforce ecosystem, including relationships with key Salesforce professionals, user groups, and partners.
- Strategic Planning : Capability to develop strategic sales plans that align with the company's goals and effectively address customer needs.
- Customer Relationship : Proven skills in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, with a keen understanding of their needs and the ability to provide tailored Salesforce solutions.
- Communication and Teamwork : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Education and Certification : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant) are preferred.
Responsibilities :
Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Collaborating with marketing, lead-generations, content production, product development, and other internal teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Analyzing sales data and metrics to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions.
Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand the client base and promote brand awareness.
Drive satisfied clients to provide positive references and testimonials, bolstering the company's reputation and credibility in the market.
