Management Function: Drives business objectives by providing leadership and coordination across management, functional teams, and stakeholders, ensuring on-time and on-budget program and project execution throughout the lifecycle.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee portfolio of projects and programs, optimizing resources for on-time delivery aligned with organizational priorities.
- Plan, direct, and manage implementation of complex programs and projects, coordinating activities across functional areas.
- Develop and maintain accurate project plans and schedules, performing estimation, forecasting, planning, requirements gathering, analysis, issue/risk/change management, escalation management, meeting facilitation, and status reporting.
- Ensure projects and programs are completed on time and on budget by managing scope, timelines, and resources.
- Work in an Agile environment, reviewing business needs, refining priorities, outlining milestones and deliverables, and identifying opportunities and risks.
- Partner with stakeholders and customers to inform product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
- Develop, own, and execute product roadmap.
- Translate product roadmap features into well-defined requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
- Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog, balancing stakeholder requirements.
- Define and execute go-to-market plan, ensuring product management, marketing, and sales have necessary support.
- Track and report product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment.
- Communicate progress transparently, highlighting project or program health, progress, risks, and issues.
- Establish strong relationships with customers, business partners, and stakeholders, demonstrating expertise and business acumen.
- Lead and manage subordinate staff, acting as a change-oriented mentor/coach, empowering teams, and clearly communicating goals, expectations, and actions required.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, business analysis, product ownership, process engineering, or systems design.
- 5 years of management experience.
- Preferred certifications.
Salary : $150,000 - $160,000
