We are seeking freelancers / consultants for on-demand / ad hoc IT Support in the Chicagoland area to join our team!
As a team member, you will assist our clients with resolving a range of computer-related issues and / or provide on-site support as needed.
Responsibilities :
- Installation of workstations.
- End-user support for executives, office personnel, and other key business stakeholders; this could include installation and configuration of hardware and software applications, as well as some security functions such as password resets, etc.
- Experience with copying / restoring end user data files, migrating Windows 7 to Windows 10 utilizing tools such as Azure, SCCM, PXE boot, etc.
- Basic networking, rack / stack / patch, remote hands support, etc.
- Experience working with AD (active directory), domains, group policy, etc.
- E-mail, A / V conferencing, VoIP device replace and configuration.
- Support of enterprise solutions including Microsoft Office365, Exchange email, Anti-Virus software, etc.
- Provide timely and efficient executive-level support.
- Provide technical support on commonly used applications and devices (MFD network printers, O365 Applications, etc.)
