Role: ADAS / AD Product Engineer
Location: Newark, CA
We are looking for an engineer passionate about ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and Autonomous Driving (AD). In this role, you'll help design, test, and deliver high-quality systems like cameras, lidar, radar, sensors, and ECUs. You'll work with internal teams and global suppliers to ensure smooth development, integration, and manufacturing of these components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support ADAS/AD component development, testing, and integration
- Work cross-functionally with suppliers and internal teams
- Build quality control tools and track project progress
- Troubleshoot issues during builds and in the field
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in EE, ME, CE, or CS
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with tools like Jira, Tableau, or Smartsheet
- Basic understanding of ADAS systems, automotive software/hardware integration, and vehicle manufacturing processes
Nice to Have:
- Experience with ADAS sensors or ECUs
- Familiarity with CAN, LIN, or Vector tools (e.g. CANoe)
- Knowledge of standards like ISO26262, FMVSS, or EuroNCAP
