Role: Electrical Panel Builder II
Location: Colorado Springs, CO 80915
Duration: 6 Months
Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
Job Summary:
Seeking Electrical Panel Builder II to perform electro-mechanical and electrical panel assembly with precision and care. Ideal candidates will have residential or commercial panel building experience and the ability to follow detailed instructions to meet quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform repetitive and complex electro-mechanical assembly using precise, dexterous hand movements.
Assemble and test electrical panels and components according to NEC and UL standards.
Follow clear, detailed assembly/test instructions, including color codes, schematics, and diagrams.
Utilize hand and power tools, as well as jigs and fixtures for assembly work.
Accurately enter work hours and tasks into ERP systems (SAP).
Ensure continuous improvement and 5S housekeeping within the work area.
Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace in orderly and safe condition.
Assist with meeting production goals and customer expectations.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience:
1 year of residential or commercial panel building experience required.
Pallet jack experience preferred.
Open to entry-level candidates with electrical education or training.
Skills & Knowledge:
Ability to read and interpret complex schematics, ladder diagrams, and point-to-point wiring diagrams.
Proficient with hand tools and basic power tools.
Familiarity with NEC and UL codes/standards is a plus.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
