Role: Buyer II
Location: Lake Forest, IL - 60045
Duration: 11 Months on W2
Shift Timings: 8 AM to 4 PM
100% Onsite role.
Skills Looking for:
· The candidate will be working closely with the procurement group and IT team to help transition vendors between systems (mainly from Ariba to Coupa).
· They will become the procurement group's expert in both systems, leading vendor onboarding and addressing any system issues.
· Experience with systems like SAP, Ariba, and Coupa (Coupa being the priority).
· Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
· Attention to detail and the ability to self-manage.
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office (including Excel and spreadsheets) is required.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
· Vendor onboarding and managing transitions between Ariba and Coupa.
· Acting as a point of contact for users, providing system support and resolving any issues.
· Data gathering, analytics, and supporting procurement operations.
· Leading small projects and providing training to new users.
Education and Level of Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of experience working with systems like Coupa or Ariba is essential.
