Job Overview:
The Operator will support inventory control and order processing. Responsibilities include auditing inventory across DFCS, SAP, and ADMS to maintain system balance, investigating discrepancies, and handling rejected, expired, and short-dated products. The role also involves assisting Quality and Manufacturing teams with material disposition, resolving order holds, and monitoring system error logs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit inventory on DFCS/SAP/ADMS to maintain system balance and investigate discrepancies.
- Process rejected, expired, and short-dated products, and support Quality and Manufacturing with material disposition (destruction, rework, quarantine).
- Resolve orders on hold due to inventory status and cancel orders as requested.
- Monitor system error logs on DFCS, ADMS, and SAP, resolving issues or escalating them as needed.
- Compile, analyze, and report key performance indicators for Distribution operations.
- Assist in employee training and be able to function across multiple sites.
- Support Distribution and Receiving teams during peak demand periods.
- Work in cold storage/freezer environments (-20หC or colder) as required.
- Work overtime as necessary.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
