Shift: B1 (12-hour rotating shift) | 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Equipment Operator I to join our team in Salt Lake City, UT. The Equipment Operator I is responsible for safely operating simple automated assembly machines, ensuring continuous production, and maintaining the highest quality standards in medical device manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and maintain simple assembly machines.
- Interpret machine faults, troubleshoot issues, and restart machines when needed.
- Read and follow procedures to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform inspections and quality checks on assembled products.
- Weigh, count, package, and label finished products.
- Document production records and complete work order reports.
- Demonstrate flexibility in operating multiple machines.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word) preferred.
- Ability to read and understand written procedures.
- Experience working with automated or semi-automated machinery is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
