Job Title: Biologics Manufacturing Technician

Job Description:
The Biologics Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for performing essential manufacturing processes in a regulated environment. This includes operating equipment, following detailed written procedures, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform process operations including:
- Drug Product: Formulation, Filling, Crimping, Visual Inspection, Labeling/Packaging
- BSM: Weighing, pH measurement, Centrifugal Filtration, Lyophilization, Milling, Calcination, Cleaning
- Read, understand, and follow detailed written procedures.
- Maintain records both inside and outside of clean room environments in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Cross-train in various manufacturing environments as needed.
- Work in areas requiring an understanding of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Perform 5S activities to maintain organization and efficiency.
- Keep training up to date in the Learning Management System (LMS).
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with leads and supervisors.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to standard operating procedures.
- Must meet all technical and physical requirements of the role.
- Understanding of Zimmer Biomet’s Quality System, Measurement Instruction Sheets, and Compliance Policies.
- Commitment to Zimmer Biomet’s core values and behaviors.
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of relevant experience preferred.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
