seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Functional Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining the SuccessFactors system to support the business needs of our organization.
The Role :
Develop, configure, and customize SuccessFactors modules in partnership with HR, Payroll and other stakeholders
Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to optimize the system and related processes
Partner with integration SMEs to support build of Integrations of SuccessFactors with other HR, Payroll and IT systems
Identify user adoption pain points and work with business users to address them.
Manage business processes design / impact analysis during design, build, and test phases.
Participate in and support integration and end-to-end test cycles to resolve defects within the system.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience as a SuccessFactors Techno Functional Consultant or similar role, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors management system
Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (Core HRIS, Learning, Performance and Compensation etc.)
In-depth understanding of system configurations, workflows, and business rules in SAP SuccessFactors
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements to design effective solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) will be an added advantage.
