C Shift
Shift: This is a 12-hour rotating shift (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
Scheduled to work 7 days in a 14-day period (2 on, 3 off, 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off. Every other weekend is scheduled off.)
The Production Molding 5S Contingent worker is responsible for material handling and housekeeping activities for an assigned set of injection molding presses to supply downstream equipment with quality molded components, seeking assistance from technicians and maintenance for any issues.
Job Description
- Handling and movement of completed product to specified locations.
- Keep machinery, work area and floors neat and orderly and comply with good manufacturing practices requirements.
- Must be able to work effectively in a team and individually with limited supervision.
- Understand and interpret controlled documents including work Instructions, procedures, and inspection forms.
- Notify CILL, and DMT’s of any equipment issues.
- Comply with all local BD quality policies, procedures, and practices through consistent application of sound quality assurance principles.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education:
HS Diploma/GED NOT required.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- 6-12 months previous professional work experience (in a related or unrelated field) required, manufacturing experience a plus.
