We are looking for a Senior UI Developer with deep experience in Micro Frontend Architecture, Typescript, and Module Federation to join our client project with Northern Trust Bank. This role will be part of the Enterprise Architecture line of business, contributing to the development of tools and components used across applications.

This role is fully front-end focused and requires experience in enterprise-grade systems, shared services, and modern JavaScript tooling. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, a problem-solving mindset, and experience working in cloud environments like Azure.

• Design, develop, and maintain modular frontend applications using Micro Frontend architecture.
• Develop tools and shared UI components for reuse across applications.
• Build scalable front-end applications using ReactJS, Typescript, and state management libraries like Redux or Zustand.
• Utilize build tools such as Webpack, Rspack, and Module Federation to structure modern UI apps.
• Work closely with backend developers and designers to ensure seamless integration and performance.
• Deploy front-end applications using CI/CD pipelines to cloud platforms (preferably Azure).
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve UI issues across platforms.
• Contribute to technical documentation and best practice guides.

• 8 years of experience as a UI Developer.
• Strong expertise in Micro Frontend architecture and Module Federation.
• Proficient in Typescript, React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Webpack, Rspack, and other front-end build tools.
• Experience working in Enterprise Architecture or shared service environments.
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud, Git/GitHub, and CI/CD processes.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

• Experience working with other cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Familiarity with performance optimization and frontend testing tools.
• Exposure to enterprise-grade UI development in financial services or similar sectors.

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer with a strong background in Design Systems to join our dynamic Design System team. This role supports multiple enterprise product redesigns and platform migrations across a suite of complex digital experiences. You'll be working as part of Experience Design & Research (EDR) – a multidisciplinary team committed to delivering exceptional, accessible, and user-centered experiences for clients, prospects, and employees. 

Roles and Responsibilities:  

• Contribute to the scaling and evolution of the *** Design System across enterprise products. 
• Maintain and grow shared asset libraries and reusable pattern components. 
• Ensure best practices and accessibility standards are met across all design outputs. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Research to ensure successful implementation of design components. 
• Support product redesign initiatives with systemized UI/UX solutions. 
• Advocate for a design system-first mindset across the organization. 

Skills Required:  

• 5 years of experience as a UX Designer, with 2 years working on or with Design Systems. 
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design system contributions and user-centered design solutions. 
• Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and accessibility best practices. 
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. 
• Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
• Passion for creating inclusive, accessible, and scalable design experiences. 

Good to have: 

• Experience working on enterprise-level products.
