Job Responsibilities : The duties and responsibilities outlined below include essential functions of the role. As a Certified Scrum Master , you will play a pivotal role in guaranteeing the success of customer projects. You will assume overall responsibility for the seamless coordination and timely completion of technical projects to ensure project timeline and scope. Your key responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with internal team members and customer stakeholders to establish deadlines, delegate duties, and diligently monitor project progress. You will also bring exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to managing and guiding teams through the Agile process. You will also be responsible for providing concise and informative reports to upper management, highlighting project status, potential issues, and associated risks. Leveraging your skills and experience, you will ensure efficient project execution and maintain the highest quality standards. This is an on-site position based in our Lafayette office. We value face-to-face collaboration, and your presence will be essential for team engagement and productivity. The ideal candidate will possess at least one current certification in the following : CSM - Certified Scrum Master or ACP - Agile Certified Practitioner.
