Job Summary
The Implementation Consultant is responsible for assessing, designing, and delivering learning solutions. This position is proficient in adult learning, instructional design, and learning technologies. This role is primarily focused on facilitator led training in addition to instructional design and delivery of training guides, webinars, screen demos, and video learning. In addition, the Implementation Consultant will assist with other software implementation activities including gathering customer requirements, assisting with developing design documentation, system configuration, testing and other project management activities.
The position is expected to collaborate with peers, partners and stakeholders, and to use independent judgment, problem solving, and analytical skills in identifying and assessing learning needs, and designing and delivering educational programs at the organizational level utilizing performance consulting skills and best practices in learning & development.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, IT, or architecture (Master’s degree preferred).
- Familiarity with software implementation processes is a plus.
- Results-oriented with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse groups.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
