Job Summary
Seeking a highly talented and motivated Managed Services Consultant to join our growing Client Success Management team! The Managed Services Consultant is responsible for managing all aspects of the client experience post-implementation, including identifying opportunities to optimize their solutions and maximize return on investment.
A successful consultant is, above all, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer-focused service. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to build trusting client relationships, and a capacity to quickly learn and translate new offerings into meaningful solutions. Managed Services Consultants should excel in analyzing and addressing client challenges and may collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement proposed changes.
Responsibilities
- Focus on ensuring clients' successful usage of and satisfaction with the implemented product.
- Identify opportunities to optimize client solutions and maximize return on investment.
- Learn and translate new offerings into meaningful client solutions.
- Analyze and address client challenges, whether related to features, processes, or other needs.
- Collaborate with partners to estimate and implement new custom features.
- Manage customer UAT processes and release communication.
- Serve as the single point of contact for clients, collaborating with internal teams such as Product Management, QA, Support, and Professional Services to address client requests and needs.
- Actively participate in gathering and sharing client feedback with management to inform the roadmap and align with market and client needs.
- Manage client project schedules, provide status updates, and prepare executive summaries.
Experience
- Experience with software implementation or client-facing software consulting/sales experience, OR other relevant experience in consulting or similar industries may be considered in lieu of software implementation experience
- Experience managing concurrent projects or workstreams, and working with subject matter experts and stakeholders – including client-facing communication, presentation or interaction
Education/Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, IT, or architecture. Extensive relevant experience may be considered in lieu of one of the bachelor’s degrees listed
- Proficiency using the following software: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project (or similar scheduling software)

- Ability to independently research issues and make effective recommendations using critical thinking skills
- Effective analytical ability and sound judgment to assess complex needs and troubleshoot performance or process issues

- Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information encountered
- Team player willing to perform ancillary implementation activities when needed – testing, training, etc.
- Willingness to travel (average ~20-30%)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $84,918.00 - $135,000.00 per year
