Job Summary
As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee the manufacturing process within our facility, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met. You will be responsible for leading a team of production workers to achieve daily production goals.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers
- Monitor assembly line operations to ensure timely production
- Train new employees on proper use of hand tools and power tools
- Inspect products to maintain quality control standards
- Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with management to implement process improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or business degree preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of manufacturing experience.
- Must possess sound interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Lean or Six Sigma Experience Preferred
Skills
- Experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse setting
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and forklifts
- Ability to fabricate and assemble products efficiently
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of assembly line operations and production processes
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
