Technica is seeking an Project Analyst responsible for interface with project teams, internal and external partners daily, professionally representing the IAPO, and operate independently and collaboratively with the managerial and support personnel.
Normal business hours are Monday - Friday between the hours of 700 am - 430 pm CST, except Federal holidays or when the Government facility is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar government directed facility closings, approved leave, or travel status. All Contractor personnel shall be in place during the core business hours of 900 am - 300 pm.

Technica is seeking an Project Analyst responsible for interface with project teams, internal and external partners daily, professionally representing the IAPO, and operate independently and collaboratively with the managerial and support personnel.
- Budget Management Creating, customizing, preparing, and maintaining projects budget documents and such as proformas (pro forma financial statements), and Bills of Materials (BOMs), etc.
- Website and Documentation Management Maintaining and updating project websites, graphical elements, scanned photos, internal applications, other automation tools and materials. Managing, digitizing, and automating project management documentation (i.e. project plans, high-level budget/proformas, procurement documentation, notes, due-outs, and close-out documents for consistency and compliance, etc.).
- Project Planning Assisting in the creation, maintenance and automation of project plans, schedules, and timelines. This involves coordinating with the Project Manager and IAPO Data Architects to gather requirements and define project objectives.
- Risk Management Assist with identifying potential risks to the project's success and the strategies to mitigate them. This includes conducting risk assessments and maintaining a risk register.
- Progress Tracking Monitoring project progress against milestones and deliverables. This involves collecting and analyzing data to develop and provide regular status updates through automation to stakeholders.
- Documentation and Reporting Maintain, digitize, and automate project documentation, meeting minutes, action items, and decisions. Generating reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate project status and outcomes.
- Quality Assurance Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with project requirements. Involves conducting quality reviews and inspections.
- Support for Project Teams Providing support to project teams, including scheduling meetings, tasking/tracking action items, coordinating logistics, and facilitating SOLICITATION/ REQ # Version 1.0 Page 3 communication among team members. Assist in coordinating deliveries and ensuring adherence to inventory policies and procedures.
- Change Management Assisting in managing changes to project scope, schedule, and budget. This includes evaluating change requests and assessing their impact on the project.
- Stakeholder Communication Facilitating communication between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership. This includes managing expectations and addressing concerns as they arise.
- Lessons Learned Participating in project post-mortem reviews to capture lessons learned and best practices for future projects.

- Active TS with SCI eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, and/or a combination of education and experience.
- Five years of experience with four of those years being project support experience.
- Proficiency in using tools like Excel, Power Apps, data visualization software (i.e. Power BI), and project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA)
- Proven knowledge of project management methodologies (such as Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) and the ability to apply them effectively.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills to address issues that arise during projects, such as resource constraints, scheduling conflicts, or unexpected changes in scope.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and coordinate project activities to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and the ability to build positive working relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated quality assurance in project planning, monitoring progress, and ensuring all aspects of a project are thoroughly reviewed to avoid errors or oversights.
- Prior experience adapting to changing project requirements, timelines, and priorities, and demonstrated ability to adjust project plans accordingly.
- Ability to communicate professionally; orally and in writing.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2).
