What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Biller, Corporate (remote) position at Technica LLC?
Technica is looking for an experienced Senior Biller to oversee monthly billing and cash collection. Must have full-cycle billing experience in Costpoint (for DoD customer). Must have previous experience with reconciling and invoicing contract closeout billings.
Primary Job Responsibilities :
- Oversee assigned billing and contract closeout billing activities, as well as Accounts Receivable and Cash collection
- Oversee monthly reconciliations of unbilled costs
- Generate monthly invoices (FFP, CPF, and T&M) and perform all related accounts receivable activities.
- Create and maintain monthly billing files and customer correspondence.
- Work closely with Finance and Program Departments to produce monthly bills.
- Manage the submission of invoices to the Government / prime contractor via WAWF or other proprietary subcontractor portals
- Oversee and troubleshoot issues in both WAWF and Costpoint
- Set up the billing structure for new projects in Costpoint
- Support month-end and year-end closeout tasks related to billed and unbilled cost.
- Support contract closeout and final invoice reconciliations.
Position Qualifications :
This position is fully remote but office space is available for anyone in the Charleston, SC area
Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
