What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Control Inspector Days/Nights position at Technical Chemical Company?
As a Quality Control Inspector, you will perform assessment, documentation, and organization tasks to support the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain. We are looking for a strong, energetic, goal focused candidate who will help us excel in our success driven aftermarket automotive product business.
Essential Requirements:
· Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal.
· Perform visual inspection for in-process and final QC inspections on all parts and assemblies.
· Identify and record any product quality problem(s)
· Communicate all quality issues to management in a timely manner, along with recommendations for any corrective action that may be necessary.
Education & Experience:
· High school graduate or equivalent.
· 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
· Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as well as basic math.
· Ability to understand use basic inspection tools, such as:
o Calipers
o Micrometers
· Ability to understand product specifications and visual work instructions.
· Follow the company quality management system and all safety procedures.
· Self-starter, who can work independently with minimal supervision.
· Willingness to be trained and quick learner.
· Other duties may be assigned by your manager.
Daily Responsibilities:
· Inspect output samples using industry appropriate methods, such as comparing to standards, measuring dimensions, and examining functionality.
· Checking that the assembly or production line adheres to standards and procedures complying with legal requirements.
· Recording inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works and wastes, and inputting the data.
· Using gauges such as calipers and micrometers to measure products.
· Collecting and compiling statistical quality data.
· Verifying all equipment is calibrated correctly.

Schedule: Mon - Thur 6a to 430p and some Fridays as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
