The Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) is seeking highly qualified applicants for their full-time Administrative Assistant III position in the Office of Human Resources (OHR) and Department of Public Safety (DPS). This position will provide administrative support to the Executive Director of Human Resources and the Director of Public Safety. This on-site position is located at TCSG System Office, which is located in Atlanta at 1800 Century Place, Atlanta, GA 30345.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications. Ensure appropriate and timely follow-up from OHR and DPS leaders.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Manage Human Resources Records & Files. Assist in maintaining records associated with the State Certification process for all Police Departments.
- Coordinate the implementation of statewide and system-wide mandatory HR training. Monitor training records and training deficiency reports for POST-certified officers. Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Facilitate efficient communication and serve as a liaison between OHR and DPS leaders and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Arrange logistics for conferences, Peer Group meetings, and other events.
- Coordinate all travel, including accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
- Process expense reports and reimbursements in accordance with TCSG policies and procedures.
- Assist in managing special projects (i.e., State Certification and initiatives, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
- Support cross-functional collaboration between different departments.
- Manage all purchasing for HR and DPS. Oversee office operations, supplies, and administrative processes.

- Associate’s Degree in Business Technology or Business Management (or a related field)
- 3 or more years’ experience managing administrative functions.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite & One Drive
- Proficiency with Google Docs, Dropbox, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Skill in the operation of computers and job-related software programs
- Oral and written communication skills
- Skill in interpersonal relations and in dealing with the public.
- Decision making and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and prioritize workload.
