Position Overview: As a Customer Service / Purchasing Agent, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers and vendors, ensuring that orders are processed efficiently and customer needs are met with the highest level of professionalism. You will also play a key role in purchasing raw materials and components, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth production flow and timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Act as the main liaison between the company and customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Provide accurate product information, pricing, and lead times.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication regarding order status, shipping details, and any potential delays.
- Address customer feedback and provide solutions to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Purchasing:
- Manage the purchasing of raw materials, components, and equipment required for production.
- Source new suppliers and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors to ensure cost-effective, high-quality supplies.
- Negotiate contracts, prices, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages and ensure materials are available when needed.
- Coordinate with production, quality assurance, and logistics teams to maintain a smooth workflow and on-time deliveries.
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in customer service and/or purchasing, preferably within the aviation or manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and ERP/MRP systems.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of aviation components and industry standards is a plus.

Monday-Friday 7:00a.m.-4:00p.m. Overtime when necessary.
