As a Program Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering meaningful projects, tackling regulatory and ecological challenges, managing teams, and building trusted client relationships.
About the Role
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of environmental projects, working with multidisciplinary teams to address permitting and ecological challenges.
- Develop and manage proposals with clear scopes and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Work closely with clients and regulatory agencies to guide projects through compliance and permitting processes.
- Review and refine technical documents and reports to ensure they meet high standards of accuracy and clarity.
- Balance office-based project management with occasional travel for fieldwork and client meetings.
What They’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in environmental science or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in environmental planning or permitting, with at least 3 years in project management.
- Familiarity with permitting processes and a strong understanding of Texas ecosystems, vegetation, and protected species.
