H&H Project Manager

Step into a leadership role as an H&H Project Manager, guiding a small team of EITs and designers within a mid-sized engineering firm set to double in size over the next five years. About the role:

• Lead drainage and hydrology projects, overseeing feasibility studies, flood control designs, and related analyses.
• Manage and mentor the small team of EIT’s and designers.
• Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of engineers and technicians.
• Oversee all stages of project execution, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and client expectations are met.
• Utilize advanced modeling software to develop innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with local agencies and manage external partners to ensure smooth project delivery.

What are they looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a closely related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the state of Texas.
• 5-10 years of experience in Drainage and Hydraulics & Hydrology (H&H) engineering.
• Proficiency in design and modeling software such as HECRAS, HECHMS, ARCGIS, and related tools.
