About the Role
- Lead and expand a Residential Land Development practice, driving business growth and client success.
- Build strong client relationships while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans, setting goals and managing financial performance.
- Mentor and grow a high-performing team of engineers and designers, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
- Oversee all phases of land development projects, ensuring quality, profitability, and timely delivery.
- Write and present compelling proposals and scopes of work to win projects.
What They’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the state of Texas.
- 10 years of proven success leading residential land development projects.
- Strong business development acumen and leadership skills.
