About the Role

• Lead MEP design projects from concept through completion, managing quality and performance throughout.
• Build strong client relationships and spearhead business development efforts.
• Mentor and develop a talented team of engineers and designers, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
• Oversee project financials, ensuring profitability while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Write and deliver winning proposals and presentations, driving success across projects.

What are they looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas.
• 15 years of proven expertise in MEP systems, including design and engineering for HVAC, plumbing, and controls.
• Business development and client relationship management experience.
• Proficiency with engineering software such as AutoCAD and Revit is a strong plus.
