What are they looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas.
- 15 years of proven expertise in MEP systems, including design and engineering for HVAC, plumbing, and controls.
- Business development and client relationship management experience.
- Proficiency with engineering software such as AutoCAD and Revit is a strong plus.
