• bOversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple SUE and survey projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards

• .Serve as the primary client liaison, developing strong relationships and identifying business opportunities
• .Lead and mentor project teams, including field and CAD staff, while troubleshooting operational challenges
• .Support business development efforts through proposal writing, attending conferences, and participating in professional organizations
