Senior Full Stack Software Engineer
Hybrid Denver RiNo –3 Days/Week In-Office | $150,000 - $200,000 Equity

We are a small startup where you will be one of the early engineers having not only a tremendous impact on the product but also on the company culture.
We're looking for a seasoned Full Stack Software Engineer who’s excited to play a key role in this journey — someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, and ownership-driven environment.
What You'll Do
- Drive greenfield projects end-to-end, placing an emphasis on backend expertise you will also impact development from infrastructure to frontend features.
- Build scalable, robust applications using modern frameworks and tools.
- Collaborate across engineering, product, and design to deliver customer-first solutions.
- Influence technical direction and help shape a strong engineering culture.
- Participate in technical planning and decision-making processes as we scale.
Who You Are
- 6–10 years of professional experience as a software engineer.
- Proven ability to lead and independently own complex projects.
- Deep experience across the stack — backend, frontend, and infrastructure.
- Passionate about clean code, fast iterations, and delivering real customer value.
- Committed to team success and ready to step in to support teammates when needed.
- Comfortable working hybrid with at least 3 days per week in-office.
Bonus Points For
- Prior experience at an early-stage startup.
- Familiarity with DOM parsing/manipulation or LLM APIs in production.
- Experience with technologies like Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Playwright, FFmpeg, and GCP.
