Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of software development experience
- Proficiency in back-end development
- Experience with TypeScript or JavaScript
- Expertise with Node.js and the Express framework
- Strong knowledge of SQL syntax and query development
- Experience in API development, including RESTful architectures
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and deployment
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in back-end application or service development
- 2 years of experience with microservices architecture
- Experience with front-end frameworks like React or Next.js
- Proficiency in testing frameworks and code quality tools, such as Jest and SonarQube
- Experience with user authentication workflows, including OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect
- Familiarity with Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) tools, such as Sequelize
- Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Git, and GitLab
- Strong ability to interpret user requirements and investigate root causes to provide effective solutions
- Security certifications such as DoD 8570 Compliant Security or CISSP
