We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst - Journeyman to join our team and contribute to organizational efficiency and effectiveness. In this role, you will independently perform key functional duties, leveraging your expertise to conduct evaluations, design processes, and deliver actionable recommendations.
This position requires a professional with strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to identify and implement system and process improvements. The position is contingent upon contract approval.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct organizational studies and evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design systems and procedures that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Perform work simplification and measurement studies to streamline workflows.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive operations and procedures manuals to support management decision-making.
- Analyze data and provide actionable insights to drive organizational improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure recommendations align with business goals and compliance requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s (BA/BS) or Master’s (MA/MS) degree in a related field.
- 3 to 10 years of relevant experience in business intelligence or related disciplines.
- Proven ability to perform all functional duties independently.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting process evaluations and delivering improvement strategies.
- Active Secret Clearance is required.
