Requirements : 5 years of experience as a software or technical project manager.5 years of experience in solutions architecture, enterprise architecture, or leading Agile teams.Experience managing development team activities across programs, workstreams, or projects and defining requirements.Proven ability to ensure timely delivery of reliable technologies, capabilities, and tools aligned with client needs.Experience in fast-paced environments, collaborating with IT executives, product owners, developers, and functional managers to define strategy and project scope.Knowledge of SQL / NoSQL databases, data warehouses, and AI / ML technologies.Understanding of enterprise technology, including lightweight architecture and big-data solutions.Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience, or 9 years of experience in lieu of a degree.DoD 8570 Certification (e.g., CompTIA Security ).Preferred Qualifications : Experience as a Scrum Master, Lead Architect, or Lead Business Analyst.Experience leading technical teams in enterprise application implementation.Proficiency in backend web languages (Python, Node.js, PHP, or Ruby).Experience with server-side development (Java or C#).Familiarity with Release Management and DevSecOps practices.Experience working with the DoD or intelligence community.Expertise in Business Process Improvement or Reengineering.Strong ability to identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and drive resolutions.PMP and Agile certifications.Security Clearance : TS / SCI clearance required.
