Title: Junior Calibration Technician
Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado (in-person)
Job Type: Full-Time (Monday-Friday, 40-50 hrs/week)

Position Overview:
Join our team as a Calibration Technician, ensuring precision in measurement instruments like oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and torque devices.
Responsibilities:
- Calibrate electrical test equipment (oscilloscopes, signal generators, torque devices, etc.)
- Maintain NIST-traceable, A2LA-accredited ISO/IEC 17025 standards
- Generate detailed calibration reports and certificates
- Troubleshoot and maintain calibration equipment
- Collaborate on improving calibration procedures
- Support audits with technical expertise
All calibration work is NIST-traceable and A2LA-accredited to ISO/IEC 17025.
Requirements and Skills:
- Must have proven hands on electrical, machining, or manufacturing experience
- Trade school certificate or Electrical Engineering degree
- Experience in calibration (AC/DC, temperature, pressure, torque, mechanical, etc)
- Preferred DOD, PMEL, or military calibration background
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- U.S. Citizenship/Permanent Resident status required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
