Job Title: Shipping Clerk and Driver
Location: Hartford, Connecticut, In-person
Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday
Pay rate: $17- 18/ hour

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Delivery Driver & Shipping Clerk to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring timely, safe, and accurate transportation of goods while supporting shipping and inventory operations in both the lab and warehouse. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, punctual, and committed to maintaining a high standard of service. Responsibilities include ensuring proper documentation, adhering to safety protocols, and delivering an exceptional experience to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Handle warehouse tasks, including packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
- Pick-up and delivery of Customer’s test equipment.
- Support quality control efforts and maintain cleanliness.
- Process equipment in and out of our facility using local software that we will train you on.
- Shipping equipment using FedEx/UPS both domestically and internationally.
- Schedule routine maintenance/service of all work vehicles.
- Occasionally schedule freight shipments.
Requirements and Skills:
- Must have proven working driving experience and warehouse or quality control experience
- Outstanding customer skills and attention to detail.
- Technical background preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for team interaction and client collaboration.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and climb stairs.
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status required.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
