About the Job:
As an AWS Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our AWS cloud infrastructure to ensure security, availability, and high performance. You will work on key AWS services such as ECS containers, Lambda functions, Step functions, RDS SQL Server, AWS CodePipeline, and AWS App Runner. You will also help in designing and deploying scalable solutions using Terraform Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Collaboration with a small, dynamic team committed to delivering innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor AWS systems and infrastructure.
- Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, applications, and system management tools.
- Ensure security and availability of systems, applying backup and redundancy strategies.
- Monitor and optimize application performance, resolving bottlenecks.
- Write custom scripts to improve system efficiency and automate tasks.
- Support the design and implementation of information and operational systems.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for AWS infrastructure issues.
- Collaborate with vendors and IT personnel for problem resolution.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience managing AWS environments.
- Proficiency with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Experience with AWS services such as Control Tower, App Runner, and API Gateway is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- AWS SysOps Administration certification is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
