Job Title : Social Media Specialist (Part-Time)Location : LaMarr Civic Center, Eufaula, AL (Hybrid)Salary : $12.00 p / hr.Experience : At least 3 years' experience as a Social Media SpecialistEducation : A minimum of a high school diplomaOverall Description : The ideal candidate for this role can work both independently and collaboratively with a creative team, leadership team, and event managers to create and manage social media posts, audience interactions, and continuous engagement for the LaMarr Civic Center.Responsibilities : Design / execute creative content campaigns across multiple platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Google My Business, etc. Design graphics and videos Basic knowledge of social media development and tools Stay on top of changing algorithms, trends, policies and protocols for social media platforms Manage and reply to comments, direct messages, and reviews in a timely manner Stay up-to-date on pertinent holidays, events, and plan content accordinglySkills and Qualifications : Experience managing brand social media accounts on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google My Business, and TikTok, & more Expertise in designing and planning social media ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram as well as knowledge for social media, storytelling, and analytics Openness to following instructions and working with other professionals Must be self-motivated, organized, have strong attention to detail and time-management skills Strong writing and editing skills Experience dealing with changing algorithms, regulations, compliance and troubleshooting with tech support when it comes to social media platforms At least one year of experience with podcasting, YouTube, and other similar channels.
