Responsibilities and Duties:
- Helpdesk support: provide remote assistance for software, hardware, networking and end-user support related calls (Domains, Active Directory, file sharing, IP conflicts, VPNs, printers, scanners, switches, VOIP, router configuration, credit card terminals, Microsoft Remote Desktop, Citrix, password resets, etc.)
- Follow up on assigned tickets
- Treat clients with respect and kindness while helping to resolve their issues
- Become familiar with aspects of several different EHR and x-ray software
- Onsite support: install, configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, computers, printers, scanners, Ethernet cables, VPNs, operating systems, servers, wireless access points, etc.
- Server & VM maintenance: build, install OS, manage, maintain, setup & monitor backups, and perform backup restorations
- Operating system installation, maintenance, configuration & repair: Windows 10 - Windows 11, Server 2019 – Server 2025, VMware
- Manage future projects
