Technical Solutions Inc. is currently seeking a Product Coordinator for our client in the Pittsburgh, PA areaPurpose : The purpose of the Product Coordinator is to ensure our clients receive odorant deliveries as required and ensure that there are adequatevolumes of odorant on site for sale.Essential Duties-Maintain odorant inventory levels in West Virginia tank farm.-Track all odorant moving in / out of West Virginia tank farm.-Issuing purchase orders to Chemical Company for odorant needs.-Create Bill of Ladings for odorant deliveries-Scheduling odorant deliveries to our clients.-Maximizing odorant delivery runs as best as possible.-Sending out invoices for odorant deliveries made.-Monitoring outstanding invoices that need to be paid and following up with clients on outstanding invoices as needed.-Communicating delivery schedule with Odorant Delivery Technician.-Must have hazardous materials shipping training and maintain refresher as needed.-Understanding of DOT regulations.-Knows and adheres to standards of quality and customer service.-Promoting sales of company products and services through client visits and trade shows / conferences.-As company grows and changes there will be additional requirements for the coordinator.Requirements : -Experience and qualifications to successfully complete all essential duties.-Ability to understand and follow English instructions.-Ability to clearly communicate with clients and other employeesTechnical Solutions Inc. provides a wide range of staffing services throughout Western Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia.
