Technical Solutions Inc. is currently seeking a Quality Control Inspector on behalf of a Pittsburgh area manufacturer. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet specified quality standards and comply with industry regulations. You will utilize various precision measuring instruments and quality inspection techniques to analyze and verify product specifications, contributing to the overall success of our quality assurance processes.Duties-Conduct thorough quality inspections of products at various stages of the manufacturing process.-Utilize precision measuring instruments, including calipers, to assess product dimensions and tolerances.-Implement and maintain quality systems in accordance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices).-Collect and analyze research data related to quality control processes.-Perform inspections using visual methods and test equipment, as required.-Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of findings.-Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.-Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality.Skills-Proficiency in quality inspection techniques and methodologies.-Strong understanding of quality control principles and QA / QC practices.-Experience with precision measuring instruments.-Ability to analyze data effectively and make informed decisions based on findings.-Familiarity with CGMP regulations and their application in manufacturing environments.-Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.-Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.Technical Solutions Inc. provides a wide range of staffing services throughout Western Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia.
