Job Description

We’re looking for civil engineers to join our transportation design team, working on traffic, roadway, and bridge projects for DOTs and related infrastructure initiatives.

Open Positions :

Mid-Level Engineer : 5–10 years of experience.
Senior Engineer : 10–30 years of experience, preferably with DOT and consulting backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead transportation design projects (roads, bridges, intersections) from planning to completion.

Prepare construction documents, including plans, specifications, and estimates.

Conduct project analyses, including hydrology, grading, and pavement design.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to meet project timelines.

Perform quality checks to ensure designs comply with DOT standards and local regulations.

Preferred Background :

Experience in DOT design standards, permitting processes, and project management.

Proficiency with AutoCAD, MicroStation, and other civil design tools.

Strong understanding of transportation infrastructure, including hydro design, pavement marking, and intersection layout.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.

Locations : Opportunities available in Greenville, Myrtle Beach, Columbia, Charleston, or remote.
