Role Description
Coordinates HR support to the management and employee population and deploy global HR projects for corporate functions in Technicolor group. This role is based in India and will report into the VP Talent and business Partner of corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities:
•Provide HR support for all corporate functions especially India:
· Participate in onboarding/offboarding activities
· Support manager’s request to manage employee life cycle (salary review, promotion etc)
· Actively participate in local India initiatives for employee retention and engagement (training program, salary benchmark etc)
• For all Corporate functions worldwide, support the VP Talent and business Partner for diverse HR projects such as but not limited to:
· support the Diversity Equity and inclusion projects and actions (prepare KPIs, roll out actions plan and help in the communication plan)
· partner with L&D team to develop learning and development program, supervise execution and monitor effectiveness of training conducted
· Coordinate our global People and talent programs such as succession planning, contribution planning (salary review and bonus preparation)
· Responsible of data quality and consistency in our main countries
· Responsible for reporting/Drive Analytics for the People & Talent
Skills required:
· 4 to 5 years of experience in HR (like HRBP role)
· Ability to work in a matrix, multi-national environment
· Autonomous in project management and constant change environment
· Comfortable in data analytics and communication skillsets
· Zeal to work in a dynamic environment & adaptability to changes
· Fluent English mandatory
