Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize CNC programs for various metal forming processes.
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret CAD designs and SolidWorks models.
- Troubleshoot programming issues and make necessary adjustments during production.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production processes and machine settings.
- Train operators on CNC machine operation and programming techniques.
- Able to read blueprint designs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in CNC programming within the metal fabrication industry.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software and SolidWorks for design interpretation.
- Solid understanding of machining processes and quality control standards.
- Familiarity with calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools for precision work.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely is a plus but not required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in programming tasks.
