We are currently seeking a Project Information Manager, reporting directly to Engineering Methods and Systems to join Information Management team based in Houston, Texas.
About the Job
In this role the applicant will plan and coordinate activities related to the collection, validation and handover of information between the information producers and the information consumers on projects.
The Project Information Manager is responsible for planning and executing the Project Information Management (PIM) processes that support the successful and on-time delivery of engineering information comprised of data, documents, and models.
The Project Information Manager is responsible for coordinating the engineering and engineering application teams to deliver and implement the work processes, systems, and tools used to support delivery of client requirements and contractual obligations.
This role interfaces with project management, engineering, scheduling, procurement, 3rd party suppliers, subcontractors, construction, partners, other Technip Operating Engineering Centers, and clients.

About You
Wed love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements :
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum (8) years in Oil & Gas Engineering or Exploration and Production industries
- Knowledge of (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) EPC, or fabrication information lifecycles acquired through direct experience
- Experience in developing and implementing project or department level procedures and processes
- End use experience with Engineering Document Management Systems (EDMS) and work process
- Willing to work flexible hours to coordinate other Global Operating Centers located in other regions
- Working knowledge of Engineering Data Management and Engineering Data Warehouse
- Proficient in MS Excel plus macros and formulas
- Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills
- Working knowledge of Interface Coordination process between systems
