We are currently seeking a Technology Department Manager - Furnaces , reporting directly to the hiring manager to join our team based in Houston, Texas, USA.

Job Description Summary :

Technology Department Manager for the Technip-proprietary olefins pyrolysis furnace projects located in both domestic and international markets.

Job Duties :

• Manage furnace technology group.
• Lead R&D efforts to develop new cracking furnace technology.
• Provide technical support for client projects at proposal, process design, startup and performance test stages.
• Support contracts and performance guarantees for furnace designs.
• Develop the scope of work for PDP, FEED, and detailed engineering phase of furnace projects.
• Identify scope changes or deviations and notify project team.
• Ensure conformance to applicable government regulations, engineering codes and standards as well as company QA system, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee furnace engineering support by answering technical questions / requests and providing field support to resolve issues.
