We are currently seeking a (New Grad) Civil / Structural Engineer to join our Civil / Structural Team based in Claremont, CA.
About the Job
The Structural Engineer trainee will perform structural analysis and design of petrochemical steel and reinforced concrete structures. You will receive supervision and guidance from an experienced Structural Engineer.
Key Responsibilities :
- Structural analysis and design, under the direction of a Lead Engineer.
- Preparation of structural analysis models using STAAD, RISA, etc.
- Production of structural calculations.
- Preparation of 3D design models using Tekla, Smart 3D, etc.
- Coordination with the modeling / drafting team.
- Review of design drawings.
- Checking of calculations performed by others.

About You

Excellent problem-solving skills.
Previous industry experience is a plus (less than 2 years).
Salary Range : $75K - $85K
