JOB DUTIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- In collaboration with Senior Business Analyst, partner with business leadership and end users to define business reporting requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve business systems issues.
- Assist with the planning, testing and deployment of future releases and enhancements of the ERP system.
- Assist in the orientation of new employees whose position duties require the use of the ERP system.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of customer labels and business reports using Crystal Reports.
- Serve as liaison between functional and technical resources in day-to-day problem analysis and resolution.
- Develop a skill set to achieve the status of ERP “power user”.
- Assist in the documentation of processes as they relate to the analyst role (standards for report and label creation; new user ERP profiles; IQAlert server maintenance).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- ERP experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent technology skills including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse work group at all levels of the organization.
