SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Maintenance Technician installs, repairs, and maintains equipment in the facility. This role works in cooperation with all departments in order to provide excellent customer service and meet customer needs. This position requires regular and recurrent attendance – minimum of 40 hours per week.
JOB DUTIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Track and execute reactive activity’s associated maintenance role.
- Possess a high level of energy, motivating to achieve full potential.
- Demonstrate a culture of high performance and collaboration.
- Implement and optimize efficient and effective continuous improvement workflows.
- Maintain key performance defined metrics as MTTR, MTBF.
- Respectfully, share knowledge culture,
- Compliance to EHS programs and ensure adherence to local regulations and Techniplas policy.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES):

Technician degree or equivalent job experience in maintenance.
- Minimum 2 years of technical experience.
- Consistently acts in an ethical, open, honest, trustworthy and truthful manner
- Demonstrated knowledge of maintenance systems ( Preventive, Corrective, Proactive)
- Proven track record of building organizational capability and talent.
