The Lead Detailer will be responsible for using Metal Building Software (MBS) to draft and detail construction drawings of pre-engineered metal buildings. The Lead Detailer is also responsible for leading the detailing team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality output. The person in this role will need to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team as well as conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Qualifications :
- Minimum, 5 years of experience detailing and checking drawings within the metal building industry required.
- Proficiency using Metal Building Software (MBS) required.
- Experience using Tekla is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for teaching and mentoring others.
