The architect will be responsible for preparing detailed construction documents, managing architectural aspects from concept to completion, and integrating project information, codes, and surveys into designs. Additionally, they will maintain client and consultant relationships, participate in business development, and ensure designs align with sustainability, health, and safety standards.
This will be a a Temp to Perm position that will be required to be fully on site.
Salary : $70,000 / -
Travel : 10%
Qualifications :
- Bachelors in Architecture of related field
- Minimum 3 Years experience as an Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD or Revit
- Ability to Manage all architectural aspects of a project from concept design through to completion
- Develop scale plans for structures and foundations based on concepts, sketches, and Engineering data
