In this role as a Licensed Architect, you will be working for a client that is in the Architecture and Planning industry This position will be responsible for leading, planning, and executing architectural design for projects across Wisconsin. This position will also be a part of compliance, writing specifications for private, government, and specialty clients.
This position is a permanent role that is a long-term need for my client.
Job Requirements
- Three (3 ) or more years of experience as an architect.
- Must have an active License for Wisconsin.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field is required.
- Experience working with the state of Wisconsin on state projects.
- Hard bidding experience.
- Experienced with Vectorworks, Revit, Bluebeam, AutoCAD.
- Strong architectural schematics design and pre-design services
- Experienced in project management and administration
