In this role you will be managing service operations for marine and industrial engines, combining hands-on technical work with team leadership responsibilities. This position involves direct customer interaction, team supervision, and technical troubleshooting.
This is a Direct Hire, permanent position.
Salary : $100,000 - $160,000 annual salary (depending on experience)
Qualifications :
- Must have experience with Volvo Penta marine / industrial engines and systems
- Must have proven mechanical / technical expertise in engine service
- Experience requirements flexible for the right candidate :
Service management background, OR
Lead and develop service team
Ideal candidates may have :
