TechniQuest Corporation's Princeton, NJ office is looking for an Entry Level Traffic Engineer to join our Transportation group. The selected candidate will work with a team of transportation planners and engineers on a variety of public, private and institutional projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow professionally while working on diverse transportation projects under the guidance of experienced engineers.
Responsibilities
- Working within a team of professionals in developing traffic and transportation planning and engineering solutions for a multitude of transportation projects.
- Engineering design on projects under the guidance of a Professional Engineer.
- Data Reduction and Analysis.
- Prepare Traffic Signing, Striping & Pavement Marking design plans.
- Prepare MOT, TMP and Detour Plans for design projects.
- Traffic analysis, modeling, and timing optimization.
- Intelligent Transportation Systems design plans.
- Monitoring various traffic signal systems, adaptive traffic signal systems, detection systems, vehicle probe data, and other systems / platforms related to traffic signal performance.
- Assist in the preparation of engineering documents for advertisement and construction.
Qualifications
Salary Range
70,000 - $85,000. Please note, compensation will be determined based on the candidate's education, qualifications, and experience.
